My Skills


For the purposes of this site I'm using the ADDIE model to show how my skills support each stage of the learning design process - from identifying needs to creating, delivering, and improving training. It’s a clear way to connect what I do with how it helps learners.


Analyse
Understanding the needs, context, and goals. This includes identifying the learners, the problem, and the desired outcomes.

Design
Outlining the learning objectives, structure, content strategy, and assessment methods based on the analysis phase.

Develop

Implement
Rolling out the learning materials to the audience, supporting delivery through platforms and technology.
